After 3 years of renovation, Perris Pavilion is ready to welcome all gourmet seekers in the City of Moreno Valley. In the last few years, there has been an increase in large space retail businesses closing down due to the gradual increase of online shopping. For example, many businesses selling furniture, toys, clothing, and discount stores, as well, have been closing down. This left many neighborhood malls with large vacant and deteriorating spaces.

At Perris Pavilion, the landlord turned a previous Big Deal Outlet into a complex that now has numerous office spaces, retail stores, and a spacious food court dining area. It turned this Cardenas Supermarket anchored neighborhood mall into a gourmet paradise.

There's a well-known Steer N' Steins Steak House, Little Ceasar's Pizza, Thai Dine Restaurant, Mr. Donut, and a La Michoacan's shop already in this mall. With Perris Pavilion we will also be bringing a few more tasty restaurants including:

There are Asian flavors such as Mongolian BBQ, Chinese Fast Food, Thai Food, and Japanese Sushi and Ramen. There are also juicy lobster burgers and jambalaya fries from Billionaire Burger Boyz Express and Fufu's Grill as well. Anything you can think of, we have it here!

At Perris Pavilion, there's a spacious food court with an indoor and outdoor dining area for people to hang out. Big LCD TV with stereo system in the food court area, free WIFI, and free electrical charging stations.
